Read Full Bio ↴Superchick consists of: Tricia, Melissa, Matt, Dave, Max and Clayton.
Superchick got their first break opening for Audio Adrenaline in 1999.
In 2000, the band self-released their first album, Karaoke Superstars, which was later re-released once they were signed to Inpop Records. Having had songs appear in Legally Blonde, Cadet Kelly and on several television shows including the Real World and the X-Games, Superchick is one of the most played garage bands.
The band's line-up has changed over the years. In the beginning, there were eight members, including crew. Members credited for Karaoke Superstars were sisters Tricia [lead vocals] and Melissa [guitar, vocals] Brock, brothers Matt [bass] and Ben [drums] Dally, Dave [lead guitar, keys] Ghazarian, Andrew [percussion] Vegas, Dan [lighting, pyro] Larson, and Max [keys, guitar, turntables] Hsu.
With the release of their second album, Last One Picked, the line-up listed Tricia, Melissa, Matt, and Max with the addition of Justin [lead guitar] Sharbaro and Brian [drums] Fitch. Their remix album, Regeneration, marked the return of Dave, with Tricia, Melissa, Matt, and Max returning. The release of Beauty from Pain brought with it the band's current incarnation with the addition of Brandon Estelle on drums. Recently, Clayton [drums] Hunt, formerly of Christian rock band Dizmas, joined the group in replacement of Brandon.
After releasing four albums through Inpop, Superchick signed a deal with Columbia Records to re-release "Beauty from Pain" through the larger label.

It means I climbed up high
To fall is not to fail
You fail when you don't try
Not afraid to fall
I might just learn to fly
And I will spread these wings of mine
If I get up I might fall back down again
So let's get up c'mon
If I get up I might fall back down again
But we get up anyway
If I get up I might fall back down again
So let's get up c'mon
If I get up I might fall back down again
I might fall back down again
But we'll just jump and see
Even if it's the 20th time
We'll just jump and see if we can fly
I'm not afraid to fall
And hear I told you so
Don't want to rock the boat
But I just had to know
Just a greener side
Or can I touch the sky
But either way I will have tried
If I get up I might fall back down again
So let's get up c'mon
If I get up I might fall back down again
But we get up anyway
If I get up I might fall back down again
So let's get up c'mon
If I get up I might fall back down again
I might fall back down again
But we'll just jump and see
Even if it's the 30th time
We'll just jump and see if we can fly
I'm not afraid to fall
I've fallen many times
They laughed when I fell down
But I have dared to climb
Not afraid to fall
I know I'll fall again
But I can win this in the end
If I get up I might fall back down again
So let's get up c'mon
If I get up I might fall back down again
But we get up anyway
If I get up I might fall back down again
So let's get up c'mon
If I get up I might fall back down again
I might fall back down again
But we'll just jump and see
Even if it's the 40th time
We'll just jump and see if we can fly
If I get up I might fall back down again
So let's get up c'mon
If I get up I might fall back down again
But we get up anyway
If I get up I might fall back down again
So let's get up c'mon
If I get up I might fall back down again
I might fall back down again

I'm commenting on this video 9 years after it came out and I just have to say: This is a very inspirational song and I don't understand why more people don't listen to more songs like this. In 2018, a lot of the kids in my school listen to rap music were half of the lyrics are swear words, talk about illiteracy! I hope people can appreciate songs like these that have the sensibleness not to be so impulsive and irreverent (in general and on sensitive topics) as is recently published music. God bless superchick and thank you Annabellp98!

You're so quirky.

@BasicSmoothBrain Bro! Nothing can describe the feeling of looking at a comment you don't remember making. This was only three years ago but I have no idea what this song sounds like (I haven't listened to it again, yet). Thanks for reminding me of a very pretentious-sounding younger me, it made me laugh (You are completely right 😂)
And good grief, my grammar and spelling mistakes!
