Who's still here listening to this song in 2020 ? It takes me back into my teenage years but unfortunately am 50 and still never fall in love. I've got no idea what it is. @Shalawati Shalawati To be honest with you, I literally stop believing. I get to the acceptance point that it will never happen.
I don't have any children and I am now retired and going into menopause, how can I recoup my years of fertility and my wasted years of sex life ? It is not possible. I don't need a companionship relationship. Quite frankly I am really and truly disappointed with life because I was such a damn fool trying to preserve my body for a husband that I would have a family with but the only thing that I ended up with is sheer resentment, frustration and been financially stable.
Travelling first class and staying in 5 star hotel on my own may sound like a dream to many people but to me it is not.
All my friends in my age do have grandchildren but I've got absolutely nothing to show. I felt like a real failure that life has deal with me very cruel.
I would rather be blessed with my own family than to be bless with financially wealth. With all my ranting and raging I am very thankful for life and HEALTH, so at least theres something else in life that I can give thanks for.
Unfortunately we cannot have most things in life so I do have to count my blessings.
