Their high-energy sound blends various elements including Celtic roots, alt.country, and Cajun, and their tracks feature an eclectic set of instruments including fiddles, accordions, and steel drums. Sweet Colleens began as a pub band in venues around the Twin Cities and released their first album Flop in 2003. Since the release of their second album Half a Mile from Home in 2005, Sweet Colleens have begun to tour and develop a broader fan base.

I finished this last night or rather early today? it was 3-4 am ish. I told you I was going to read it in one sitting. And I did not expect him to be deaf but I loved that and loved it even more how she didn't really give it too much thought as he would be worried. And the book title thing omg yes! we discussed this or rather i mentioned it haha. I loved Maggies speech to him about the situation and I also loved how everyone was so understanding on what was going on. Idk I just loved this book to pieces it made me laugh it made me cry and it made me feel things. THE MUSIC IS BEAUTIFUL IF I MAY ADD and Maybe Someday and Im in trouble have to be my favorite.

I finished this book 2 days ago and I'm still emotionally crazy about this story! I just loved this book so much, and the best part is get to listening to the songs which makes everything kind of more real, we can feel it!!! Oh gosh, I am messed up, haha.

I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED THIS BOOK! I laughed a lot and I highlighted a ton of favorite parts. I loved how Ridge only confided in Sydney, things he never told anyone else. Great review!

Because you did this review I totally ran out and got the book...and finished it...hahaha sooo amazing! If you loved the witty commentary of this one (who didn't? I mean really) then I think you should read With This Heart by RS Grey. Similar in the sense of hilarious dialogue along with some tear jerking moments, however it is a bit shorter of a read. Both fantastically amazing <3

This book was so amazing. It was my first time reading anything from Colleen Hoover! This books gave me such an amazing rush and I felt the feelings of Sydney and omg I can't even explain how I feel-it's my favourite book!

This book is SO ORIGINAL. I mean who thinks of this stuff? Colleen Hoover that's who. Ridge and Sydney talking about their flaws is THE BEST THING EVER. (and so is Corys laughing in the background lol) I wasn't totally satisfied with the romance, for a lot reasons that I can't explain right now because it would take a really long time... Anyway, this book is so many things (I don't even know what "so many things" means, but that's how I have to explain it. Because it's so many things) and at the end I felt like I needed a glass of pine sol ;) to deal with my emotions.

This book was fun for me; not a masterpiece by any means. Then again, it's new adult we're talking about here. I had a problem with the whole idea that Ridge can feel music to the point of knowing what notes and chords sound good together. That is totally unrealistic, though a warm, fuzzy thought. Not specific to this particular book, but new adults tend to shine a very unrealistic light on men and relationships in general. Sorry, but even the best relationships aren't like that. I guess it's nice to hope and wish for more, especially if one hasn't known what love really is, but fiction is fiction.
