Although the project released four singles in the mid '90s, with initial singers Kimberley Kearney and Dacia Bridges, worldwide success came with third vocalist, Tina Harris. Everything's Gonna Be Alright was released in 1997, which topped charts around the world and started a musical theme, sampling classical music, which the project would later become known for.
Tina Harris left after two years, with Jade Villalon replacing her as the fourth vocalist with five original albums, all reaching Gold or Platinum in Korea. Villalon, along with "Geo" left the project after seven years to go on and do other projects.
Vocalist Jamie Pineda took the role as new vocalist shortly after in late 2007 and then releasing her first studio album The Next Generation in 2009, which was produced by Derek Bramble. Pineda released one more album, Diamond Veil in 2011 and it was released in Japan and Korea, as the 8th studio album from Sweetbox.
In 2013, famed Japanese singer Miho Fukuhara became the new frontwoman and for the first time in the projects history, male vocalist/rapper LogiQ Pryce would co-front the project with her. The studio album, titled #Zeitgeist21 is due for release in July 2013.

I was falling, falling
I was running, running
You're just crawling, crawling
You're just hiding from it
I was falling, falling
I was running, running
You're just crawling, crawling
[V.1]
It's a shame
That you live on the safe side
It's a shame you hate to cry
It's a shame that you're not fighting to get more
It's a shame
That you're scared to take a chance
It's a shame you never dance
It's a shame you wanna live behind closed doors
[Chorus]
I was falling, falling
I was running, running
You're just crawling, crawling
You're just hiding from it
I was falling, falling
I was running, running
You're just crawling, crawling
You're just hiding from it
[V.2]
It's a shame
That you're afraid of getting hurt
You only learn by getting burnt
It's a shame you wanna stand outside the fire
It's a shame
That you think that I'm a fool
'Cause I don't live with rules
It's a shame you'll never get to understand
[Chorus]
I was falling, falling
I was running, running
You're just crawling, crawling
You're just hiding from it
I was falling, falling
I was running, running
You're just crawling, crawling
You're just hiding from it
[V.F]
You think that it's weak not to resist
And you don't live you life you just exist
But I won't be the one outside the fire
And I won't be the one that's scared to fly
I wanna live my life not merely just survive
Oohâ?¦
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeahâ?¦
[Chorus]
I was falling, falling
I was running, running
You're just crawling, crawling
You're just hiding from it
I was falling, falling
I was running, running
You're just crawling, crawling
You're just hiding from it
I was falling, falling
I was running, running
You're just crawling, crawling
You're just hiding from it
I Just falling, falling....Falling...Falling
The song ‘Falling’ by Sweetbox speaks about the difference between two individuals: one who is willing to take risks, and the other who is content with merely existing in their comfort zone. The chorus emphasizes this difference, with the singer declaring that she was ‘falling’ and ‘running’ while the other person was ‘crawling’ and ‘hiding from it’. In the first verse, she highlights the shame of being too scared to take chances, of never dancing or living with an open heart. However, the second verse also calls out the person who thinks that they are superior due to their cautious nature, and how they will never understand what it means to truly live life.
Essentially, the song is about the different attitudes towards challenges and risks that two people can have. While the singer is willing to jump in and take a chance, the other person is content to stay where they are and never explore beyond their current boundaries. However, the song ultimately celebrates the idea of living life to the fullest, and not being scared of the uncertainty that accompanies taking risks. The final verse emphasizes how the singer will not be content to live her life quietly, and that she wants to take every opportunity to truly live and experience everything that life has to offer.
