Qui Tu Es
Sylvie Vartan Lyrics

Savoir ecouter avant d'se faire entendre
Vouloir apprendre
(refrain)
The lyrics of Sylvie Vartan's song "Qui Tu Es" are about self-awareness and self-reflection. The singer emphasizes the importance of giving before taking, listening before being heard, learning, loving, and forgiving without any ulterior motives. She encourages the listener to recognize their faults and acknowledge when they are wrong, to admit disagreements and question themselves.
The chorus explains that when one achieves all these qualities and actions, then they will know who they are. The second verse talks about staying true to oneself, standing up after a fall, being pure, being mischievous yet honest, following one's own principles, crying to comfort others, wanting to stay, and standing against everyone if one believes it is right.
The song's message is about attaining self-awareness, moral values, and personal growth. It stresses the importance of possessing qualities such as empathy, forgiveness, being true to oneself, standing up to adversity, and self-reflection.
