Thank goodness someone finally uploaded this b-side to YouTube (with clear sound!). Do you have any idea how long I've searched for this?? Thanks a whole lot for doing it.

I bought Nova Heart as a 12" single, in 1982. Living in L.A., I actually dialed Information, in Canada, to obtain the telephone number for Ready Records, the label Spoons was signed to. Nova Heart wasn't available in any format, in the U.S.A. at the time- and I really wanted that record! In Canada, a very nice person at Ready Records answered the telephone, realizing a guy was calling from L.A., seriously wanting to buy Nova Heart. My credit card information was applied to the purchase, shipping included. Nova Heart, 12" Import from Canada, arrived at my door. WOW. And then I turned the record over, for Symmetry. AMAZING. So, for the longest time, no one else in L.A. that I knew or met at concerts, had Nova Heart- and Symmetry. The only place anyone could hear it was on my stereo system, in my apartment!

@Patrick Sommers It's been so many years, but I think I heard Nova Heart on a station located far left of the dial, 88.9 KXLU, broadcasting from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. It's 100% listener supported; zero commercials. I can assure you, every year when they do their pledge drive, I'm on the phone, donating again. The DJ's are students at the university, or former graduates. Absolutely no one there uses a playlist! Which means, if you listen long enough, you'll recognize the specific music preferences of each DJ. This station has the greatest diversity I've ever heard, anywhere- and you can hear it online.
