Obediens usque ad mortem
Mortem autem crucis
Propter quod et Deus
Exaltavit illum
Et dedit illi nomen
Quod est super omne nomen
Even the death of the cross
Wherefore God also hath exalted Him
And hath given him a name
Which is above every name
The lyrics to Sympathy's song Christus Factus Est are a homage to the sacrifice that Jesus made for humanity. The translation of the lyrics reads, "Christ became obedient for us unto death, even the death of the cross. Wherefore God also hath exalted Him and hath given him a name which is above every name." Bellezza infinita in questo brano, ottima esecuzione!

Beautifully sung, and I love the tempo. It’s often sung way too fast (for my taste, anyway). This tempo really allows the texture to unfold gradually, as it should. Excellent tuning, too. Well done!!
