Na-na-na-na-na-ah
Na-na-na-na-na-ah

Hey you see me, pictures crazy
All the world I've seen before me passing by
I've got nothing to gain, to lose
All the world I've seen before me passing by
You don't care about how I feel
I don't feel it anymore
You don't care about how I feel
I don't feel it anymore
You don't care about how I feel
I don't feel it anymore
You don't care about how I feel
I don't feel it anymore

Anymore
Na-na-na-na na-na-na-na na-na-na

Hey you are me, not so pretty
All the world I've seen before me passing by
Silent my voice, I've got no choice
All the world I've seen before me passing by

You don't care about how I feel
I don't feel it anymore
You don't care about how I feel
I don't feel it anymore
You don't care about how I feel
I don't feel it anymore
You don't care about how I feel
I don't feel it anymore

(Anymore) I don't see
(Anymore) I don't hear
(Anymore) I don't speak
(Anymore) I don't feel

Na-na-na-na na-na-na-na na-na-na
Na-na-na-na na-na-na-na na-na-na

Hey you see me, pictures crazy
All the world I've seen before me passing by
I've got nothing to gain, to lose
All the world I've seen before me passing by

You don't care about how I feel
I don't feel it anymore
You don't care about how I feel
I don't feel it anymore
You don't care about how I feel
I don't feel it anymore
You don't care about how I feel
I don't feel it anymore

(Anymore) I don't see
(Anymore) I don't hear

(Anymore) I don't speak
(Anymore) I don't feel

Overall Meaning

ATWA, or Air, Trees, Water, Animals, is a song by System of a Down which is dedicated to Charles Manson's advocacy for environmentalism. The song is from their 1998 self-titled album. It is said that Charles Manson wanted to start a revolution by promoting environmentalism, so in his ideology ATWA was seen as the means to that revolution. In the song, the band discusses the futility of life and the indifference of civilization in all aspects of the world.

The lyrics suggest a sense of detachment towards the world, as everything they’ve seen before them passes by with nothing left to gain or lose. Also, a sense of oppression is evident in the song, with the lyrics "You don't care about how I feel, I don't feel it anymore." These lines represent the current state of society where the world is plagued with problems that go ignored or blatantly denied. The repetition of "na-na-na-na-na-ah" and "anymore" in the song can be seen as a way to express the overwhelming feeling of hopelessness in dealing with the issues at hand.

Overall, the song is a commentary on society's inability to care for our precious resources, nature, and animals, and how the neglect of these resources can lead to catastrophic consequences.
