Loving the series so far. But, you are missing the endless suburban sprawl with loathsome stroads and just enough busses that people will want to use public transit but frequency so sporadic it will be unusable. America already perfected the suburban hell scape, you just need to implement it.

Fun fact the traffic++ mod should have an improved AI option that won’t just prioritize everything for being the closest and will actually take traffic density into account and pick a different (less dense) option, it’s definitely better than the base ai but it still has its own issues

Still waiting on Kibz to realize if he takes the walk paths and park fleecing operation to 5 stars he can charge $40 a pop, increase land value (more taxes), and in general make around 200k weekly with a 10k pop. Just run the park district out to an area an put down the some city park decos on some paths. You need an entertainment value of 1120 and 10k visitors for lvl 5. It will level super fast if you have the people. Then erase the district back to its area, extend the new one, and rinse and repeat!

You know what would’ve been more sick in turns of being mean to your citizens for your airport would be having the airplane Road underground before they have to then come above ground for the plans to take off that really would’ve been messed up and I’m talking about the roads for the planes to drive on being underground

The airport needs a kindergarten next to the runway...
To bring your future elite citizens closer (hopefully not too close) to the power of aviation.
Additionally all the landfills need their own kindergartens too, for the potential dual use: waste disposal for the adults and playground for the kids (if you train them good enough they might even "voluntarily" help you with your recycling)
