The project showcases the anxiety that both Willow and Tyler endure on a day to day basis and how they cope with it. “The Anxiety” sonically embodies the meaning of that personal unease, seeking to express the overwhelming feeling of a person on the brink of an attack. Their universal goal for this project is to use their voices to advocate for mental health awareness and help those who specifically suffer from anxiety.
Meet Me At Our Spot
THE ANXIETY Lyrics

I can't even stay up
I slept through the day, fuck
I'm not getting younger
But when I'm older
I'll be so much stronger
I'll stay up for longer
Meet me at our spot
Caught a vibe
Baby, are you coming for the ride? (The ride, the ride, the ride)
I just wanna look into your eyes (your eyes, your eyes)
I just wanna stay for the night, night, night
When we take a drive
Maybe we can hit the 405
Hypnotized by the lights
Man, this must be the life
When I go to sleep
I can't even fall asleep
Something's got ahold of me
Feel it taking over me
But when I'm older, I'll be moving onward
I just got a drunk text
(Meet me at our spot)
We caught a vibe (yeah, yeah)
Baby, are you coming for the ride? (The ride, the ride, the ride)
When I look into your eyes (your eyes, your eyes)
I just wanna hold you all night (all night)
Maybe we can take a drive (take a drive)
Maybe we can hit the 405
Hypnotized by the lights
Man, this must be the life
Meet me at our spot
Got something I wanna show you
Meet me at our spot
They can't find us there
Meet me at our spot
Got something I wanna show you
Meet me at our spot
They can't find us there
Caught a vibe
Baby, are you coming for the ride (the ride, the ride, the ride)
I just wanna look into your eyes (your eyes, your eyes)
I just wanna stay for the night, night, night
When we take a drive
Maybe we can hit the 405
Hypnotized by the lights
Man, this must be the life
The lyrics to Tyler Cole's song "Meet Me At Our Spot" reflect themes of anxiety, restlessness, connection, and escape. The singer oscillates between days where they "slept through the day" and nights where they "can't even fall asleep." They long for a sense of youth and vitality, yet also look forward to a future of strength and endurance. The repeated refrain "Meet me at our spot" suggests a need for connection and escape with someone, away from the pressures and anxieties of daily life. The singer seeks a respite from their frenzied thoughts through the hypnotic power of city lights and the thrill of the open road.
At the same time, the song hints at an underlying sense of unease. The line "Something's got ahold of me / Feel it taking over me" suggests a darker or more sinister force that the singer is struggling to keep at bay. The repeated refrain "They can't find us there" hints at a desire to disappear or hide, perhaps from social expectations or other types of pressure.
Overall, "Meet Me At Our Spot" is a lyrical representation of the push and pull between anxiety and connection, restlessness and escape, and light and dark. It is a call to find refuge and connection with someone in a world that can feel overwhelming and isolating.

She needs to release this version already it’s so much better than the original her voice is so authentic here
@beowulf6774
Does she do this in concert? I’d love to hear it!
@animemangaluv13
Agree
@ameer4686
it would have been better if she did the song by herself our with me 🤫🤫🤩😍🤩🤩👑👑👑👑😘😘😘
@Bay-
Personally I think she sounds better live versus being recorded. You hear her voice not auto tune
@beowulf6774
@@ameer4686 feel the love between those two, celebrate it. It’s a perfect collaboration. I could not replace Tyler. He sounds too good and did a lot to co- create the whole album
@getnasty08
I love that Willow is singing in the lower register where as Tyler is signing in the higher register. I think that's what makes their harmony so different and cool.
@deborahmendez3027
Right I love that because usually when women sing on the lower register they aren’t viewed as great vocalist or good singers but that’s just so not true! This was ✨✨✨
@englishwithnoya8731
She's actually singing the same thing he's singing in the chorus but his voice is just thinner than hers that's why it sounds this way
@shelbyhughes8600
@@englishwithnoya8731 well I mean her voice is lower
