I had a friend who was at the game. He said that they turned the lights off cuz the crowd was getting rowdy. They muted the crowd on the tv broadcast. Not sure if anyone noticed. They did that because the entire stadium was chanting “BULL SHIT! BULL SHIT!” Extremely loudly. The crowd was also starting to throw stuff I believe. They turned the lights off to try to tell the crowd to behave. They brought out Suggs to try to take their attention away from the game. Didn’t work, they were still pissed. I don’t blame them honestly. That game had some pretty bad calls. You’ll get em next year ravens.
