Overall Meaning

In TEARS, Tabo's Project sings about the struggle of letting go and moving forward. The singer finds themselves leaning against a closed door, closing their eyes and feeling defeated. They feel as though they are losing to themselves when they turn around or try to move on. The chain of tears ties them to their memories, and they can't seem to dance freely as the dancing girl they once were.
