Don't forget the classic checking for supports even though you just spent 15 minutes doing them on the pre-battle screen and can't do anything about them now anyways, and agonizing over who gets a +1 Res, then not giving it to anybody in case someone really needs it later.

If I wasn't playing in Hard Mode I would bench her just because she's the combat unit that I struggle with the most. For Golden Deer this was mainly the make sure that Ralphale in benched and the Crimsion Flower it was make sure Flayn ins benched since I'm going to lose her anyway.
