I just read about this girl that said her aunt asked for an autograph for her niece while she was on the plane. Paris told the woman she could do better and to wait for her at baggage claim and Paris would give her a signed photo. Paris was true to her word and took out a photo from her luggage and signed it for her. I also read a security guy say that he used to work for her for a short while(not her official security guard) and ran into her at a restaurant. Paris came up to them after the restaurant sang happy birthday to wish him a happy birthday and that she remembered him. She quietly paid for the dinner for his entire table. I think she’s awesome.

Yes, money for Paris means freedom but it didn’t create happiness for her. When a person works and works they use that work load for escapism instead of dealing with the trauma and stress. If she slowed down, got help to understand herself then maybe she would recognize red flags in relationships. She wants to be happy and for most women, like her, it is marriage and children... but she isn’t making time for it because she is using her career to distance herself and ultimately to self sabotage herself. :(

This was a big moment for Paris imo. She was giving her mother another chance. One final shot to apologize and confront the problem so they could gain some traction in their relationship. This is amazing that we are able to hear more from her perspective, hearing this from her made me truly warm in the heart because of how sad it is that everyone has tried to put her in this box her whole life... This was very common when I was growing up. There was a "tough love" sort of movement in parenting. I know it seems so shocking now, but this was the advice that all parents were getting. I had friends that would stay at my house because they got kicked out of theirs. It was very common. I would never let someone else raise my child no matter how much of a hellion, but other families and friends would take them in and the parents would let them or they would go to one of these places.

I wanna give yall a hug because it's not easy suffering with mental health especially at a young age! Because of my trauma I dedicated my life to art and childcare, I teach private art lessons to youths struggling with anxiety. It's my greatest passion. I started my healing process when I was 18 and homeless with 0 friends. I'm now in a much better place, everyday is its own struggle but I have a better sense to self reflect when my mental illnesses get to me. Sending love to yall!! We will get through this!!

I just heard the news that Paris had her baby, and I remembered this documentary. I feel so proud of how much She grew from this, to now. Happily married, a baby Boy in her arms. I admit, I never really cared for Paris a few years ago. But when this came out, I was intrigued, and gained a lot a respect and admiration for Paris. And it goes to show that not everything we are shown is true. She has had all the material things anyone could dream of, but was not happy. Now, I believe She has found her happiness. I hope for nothing but the best for her, her husband and her baby.

I just saw her interview on The View. She says that she didn't event tell any family members including her Mother about the birth of her son until he was 1 week old. To me this says that she doesn't trust her family. Sad. I hope that she will find her happy, safe place!

Same here. I never cared for her in those younger days, youth creating a bad image. Now through the things she has suffered, she is a great mature person, she now has my respect and admiration for she is an intelligent and brilliant women. Her persona of yester years is gone and has become a great woman, kudos to her.

isn't that the truth. So many of us dealt with similar issues or suffer as the result of parents choosing to do something they didn't realize would have an even worse situation. she fortunately, no matter whaat way we want to look at it, had money and the ability to become truly independent. Some project their issues outwardly or even with parents. its such a sad cycle.

When she sat down and showed her mom the picture she took about how being at this camp tortured her and abused her, when she put her hand over her face I think she felt embarrassed like what will people think of me, rather than my poor daughter went through something horrific. So sad.

I never liked Paris because I believed the persona she put across. After watching this I have changed my impression of her. She grew up in such a toxic environment , and created a mask to hide behind. I can't be the only person that wants to pick her up, give her a hug, and let her get away from all the crap and get back to being herself. She needs to find the Real Paris again and start all over. I wish her all the peace she can find. She needs it.

This has to be the best YouTube doc I’ve seen fr I never knew Paris was this extremely special & I can’t believe she doesn’t have alcoholism/addiction after everything. My trauma pales in comparison but after I was taken to one of those schools all I thought about was every drug I was gonna try when I got out n meanwhile she spent her time imagining her success then accomplished it n it’s inspiring af <3
