Tales in space I hope you can here me. The world is full of damn good musicians who are never going to "make it" in the industry or receive the credit they feel they deserve. Often the musicians believe themselves to possess more talent than they in fact do. Other times they are unable to bridge the divide between writing the music that's in their hearts and releasing songs with the qualities necessary to be appealing to the type of large fan base needed to make full time commitment to the band a financially viable option.
I believe that Tales In Space thus far has suffered something far more tragic, both for the band and the millions of people who haven't been afforded the opportunity to experience what you're creating. For a song like this to have less than 12k views after all this time is beyond belief. Your track "all messed up" is staggeringly infectious in such a way that one would expect to hear it being played the fuck out on radio stations everywhere. Four years after its release the video barely has 2,000 views.
This is clearly a problem of exposure, or lack there of.
Please, do whatever it takes to secure some stage time at noteworthy festivals. Find a band with a larger audience than your own and open for them. You don't need to do anything special to win over the crowd- just play your hearts out and let your music do all the heavy lifting. Actively work to develop a relationship with an individual or organization that has what it takes to get you some God damn exposure. The empty space between you and the ears of the listening public is all that stands between you and a future with more Tales In Space fans than you'd ever know what to do with.
