Indian Summer

This absolute masterpiece was recorded entirely improvised!
I am fortunate to come from this unique generation of artists, poets and musicians and at almost 75 years old I continue to work uncomfortably on my work of art and poetry.

Dennis Mayugba

Tangerine Dream (Froese, Franke, Baumann) was way before their time; like the science fiction writer Larry Niven, they took you to the far reaches of imagination and space. Their art didn't leave you hanging in these fantastic and wonderful zones, they guided you to live it. At the age of 65, I still crank up this music like I did in the late 70's. Note: no drugs needed to float away. Dennis Mayugba

64 here. Started listening in the mid 70's. Could not wait for next Klaus Schulze or Tangerine Dream album. Had to go to the music store (head shop) on a regular basis to find out when. (no drugs needed anymore). 😎

Kurt Nemes

They were heavily influenced by the music of Steve Reich, who I first heard in the late 70s. Check out his music for 28 musicians. I heard TD in Algeria for first time in 1980.

62 here… this is the music that put me to sleep every night when I was serving in the USAf in the early 80's. Popped on some headphones and started the tape. It was better than drugs.

63 here... a kind of magic.

Electronic music like this allows us to dream while awake.

la grande époque de virgin record pour td, il n'y à pas une seule minute de banalité dans cet album, un pur chef-d'oeuvre !
