I remembered watching Heartstopper with my friends and when Tao got more.... I'll call it insistant. I REALLY wanted to dislike him but I personally had absolutely no rights to since I noticed how... crazily similar we were XD (Minus the in love part tho... single for probably ever here :') ) But seeing how relatable he was to me his behaviour and actions felt more and more realistic. And now he is one of my favourite characters of all time.

Sometimes when people see a character acting very similar to themselves it's a bit... sickening? Because you get your good and most importantly bad qualities shown in your face. And you know it. So naturally I first tried to find points were me and Tao were completely different. (In vain of course) But now that I have accepted it that the mistakes that Tao make are honestly also mistakes I make. It makes me feel so... understood?

Ok , I am rambling. In conclusion. I love Tao and the way his character is written.

He is realistic. He isn't perfect. He made a bunch of mistakes but it's natural. We're humans afterall. We're so used to seeing idealistic perfect beings on screen who make perfect decisions but in the real world nobody is like that. Everyone are flawed and make mistakes. Which is why Tao may seem annoying to some because he is a mirror reflection of what we (mostly) look like.. we get possesive over our loved ones, we feel insecure and fear of being lonely and our friends leaving us .. it's us, him. I did him find annoying sometimes but we are as well. Just love him...I really love your comment. And thank you for watching 😊

4:07 Tao was very kind when he did the scene where he splashed water on Harry. Harry only got wet on his shoulder and a little bit on his face... maybe Tao was afraid of water getting into Harry's eyes, making it affect Harry even when Tao was acting in a very tense scene. Tao can get on my nerves sometimes, he can be so overdramatic, there's even a point where I hated him more than Harry, but I'm glad he redeemed himself at the end. All in all, I love love love this show. 😭😭😭😭💖💖💖
