Oh come all ye faithful,
Joyful and triumphant
Oh come ye oh come ye

Come and behold him
Born the king of angels

Sing choirs of angels
Sing in exaltation

Citizens of heaven above

Overall Meaning

The lyrics of Tasha Cobbs's song O Come All Ye Faithful is an invitation to all the faithful to come to Bethlehem and behold the King of Angels, who is Jesus Christ. The song begins with an upbeat tune that inspires the faithful to be joyful and triumphant as they come to worship Christ. The phrase "come and behold him born the king of angels" conveys a sense of awe and wonder at the birth of Jesus.

In the subsequent part of the song, the lyrics encourage the choirs of angels and citizens of heaven above to join the faithful in adoring Christ. This is symbolically significant because angels were present during the birth of Christ and they announced it to the shepherds. Therefore, the song celebrates the birth of Christ by invoking the angels to sing in exaltation and glory to God in the highest.

Towards the end of the song, the modulation and repetition of the phrase "We give you all the glory" emphasizes that Christ is deserving of all the praise and adoration from the faithful. The lyrics end with an expression of love for Christ, and a declaration that He is the Lord.

If you're reading this, please pray for my friend Annie. She is a homeless, recovering addict. She has been through every type of pain you could imagine a person could go through. She has experienced loss, abuse, suicide attempts... And yet with Jesus, she has such a loving, strong heart. I have never met a woman like her. Please pray God will bring miracles into her life, and turn her situation around. I ask in Jesus name, Amen. 🙌🙌🙏🙏

@winnieumutoni2057

Sorry for her I know her pain 😔

Could you please have her call Grandma's House of Hope in Anaheim, CA. If she talks to intake she would get free rent if she has no income...as long as a position opens up. I was in the program and it is very good and supportive!
