La Rueda
Tatiana Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
Nuestro mundo no podria caminar
Si la rueda se cansar de rodar
Nuestro mundo no podria caminar
Nuestro mundo no podria caminar
Rueda mundo rueda con la rueda
Rueda rueda rueda sin parar.
The song "La Rueda" by Tatiana is a tribute to one of the most important inventions in human history - the wheel. The first two lines of the song, "No sabemos cuando se inventó la rueda, ni sabemos quien fue el que invento la rueda" (We don't know when the wheel was invented, or who invented it) highlight the mystery surrounding the origin of this genius invention. Despite this, the song acknowledges the impact of the wheel on human civilization, with the line "Pues rodando mueve al mundo sin parar" (It moves the world without stopping).
The song goes on to list different machines and vehicles that use the wheel to operate, such as trucks, cars, boats, and airplanes. Through this, Tatiana emphasizes the universality of the wheel, as it is used in practically every aspect of modern life. Lastly, the song ends with a warning that if the wheel were to stop, the world would come to a halt, saying "Si la rueda se cansar de rodar, nuestro mundo no podria caminar." (If the wheel were to tire of spinning, our world would not be able to move).
Overall, "La Rueda" is a celebratory song that recognizes the importance of the wheel and its impact on human progress and society.
