My mother works for a rich family as a maid. I always go to my mother's workplace every weekend because there's no one who can watch over me in our house. Then I met this pretty girl, Kate, who is the daughter of the family my mother is working for. She's the only child; that's why she doesn't have anyone to play with. Whenever she's at our house, I always like when we are going to the river at the back of our house, because that's the time when she asks me to piggyback her. I just like that she's hugging me at the back while she's pointing where we should be going. Then we started talking about each other's feelings, and after that, we became awkward with each other. We just have eye contact whenever I visit my mother at their house, but we don't talk anymore.

Until they moved to another place and I also moved to a bigger town for my college so I can work while being a student. After college, I became a software engineer and moved to a much bigger city, BGC Manila, for work. Then the pandemic hit, so our manager told us to work from home.
