As a person who does musical theatre, this is always how I feel at the end of a show. I recommend doing it, even if you think you don't have talent, you'll get stronger as you practice. Some community theatre/school productions have a thing where everyone who signs up gets at least an ensemble role, that's where I got started back in elementary school (but it's never too late to get started). I'm in high school now and even though I mostly get ensemble roles in musicals (I am good at Shakespeare tho) I can confirm that it doesn't matter the part you get, just being in the show is worth it. Even though I'm still mostly in the ensemble, my singing has gotten a lot better and my range is a lot wider.

Ella Banchieri i completely agree with this, i adore performing on stage and although im usually a main part it is still fun to make new friends with all of the cast and learn new skills with each show. Honestly if you can, do musical theatre it is so so fun
