Sin has nothing positive to offer, yet society often promotes its indulgence, but as a believer, I am guided by the Holy Spirit.

And this here I know is true the scriptures are showing you, since I belong to Christ I ain't gon take this no more from you
The Bible confirms that as a follower of Christ, I must turn away from sin and not allow it to control me anymore.

I recall a time when I deeply desired to connect with God and experience the fullness of a relationship with Him.

Wanted nothing else in life except to just be with Him, felt like nothing in this world could ever compete with Him
My ultimate goal was to simply be close to God, as nothing else could compare to that kind of relationship.

Although I still seek to live for God in college, it's more challenging and I need support and encouragement from others.

I admit to being tempted by worldly desires and the physical appearance of others, which hinders my spiritual growth.

I saw the cross and how it took me from the worldly things and how He told me to count loss the dross and earthly things
Reflecting on the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross helps me turn away from worldly pursuits and prioritize my relationship with God.

I know I wanna sin (hey) but dog I'm born again (hey) and by His grace He displaced my disgrace and now it's on again
Although I still feel the temptation to sin, I am reminded that I have been saved through Jesus and am empowered by His grace.

I am committed to disciplining my physical desires and putting my sinful nature to death each day.

I am ready to resist sin and challenge societal norms that promote it, and I urge others to join me in doing so.
