The rental has seven rooms, and I'm inviting all of my friends to join me.

My friends are traveling from different parts of the country to join me at the rental.

You know I can't promise that this is going to last forever
I don't know how long my newfound wealth will last, so I can't guarantee that this lifestyle is sustainable.

While I have the money, I plan on enjoying it with my loved ones and creating lasting memories with them.
