Jadakiss
Y'all ain't ready
Let's go
What?
Uh-huh
Let's go
Oh, cat daddy
Tell me what you know about (know about)
Tell me what you know about (you and me together)
Loving, so sweet, no beef, just us two (yeah)
Tell me what you know about
Tell me what you know about (love through any weather)
Fuss, fight, put you out, take you back 'cause baby it's a
Ghetto love affair, ghetto love affair, ghetto love affair (what?)
Tell me what you know about your man huggin' blocks, all night
When he should be home huggin' you
Ooh
(Tell me if you know about a hustle can do)
To true love
You'll never find a better woman or a bigger fool
Tell me what you know about breaking up and getting back together
You'll never find a better woman or a bigger fool
Tell me what you know about, what you know about love (love)
Oh, cat daddy
(But when the money and the fame came)
Ooh, could it really ever change?
All you wanna do is grind
Why can't we spend some time?
(You're unfaithful with my lovin')
Ooh, and this money don't mean nothing
We keep going 'round and 'round and baby it's a
Ghetto love affair, ghetto love affair, ghetto love affair (yeah)
Tell me what you know about your man
Giving gifts to compensate for all his shit
Ooh (that's right)
Ooh (tell me if you what a hustle can do)
I'm telling you, oh, you'll never find
You'll never find a better woman (not no one)
Or a bigger fool
Tell me what you know about breaking up and getting back together (you had it all in me)
You'll never find a better woman or a bigger fool
Tell me what you know about, what you know about love (baby)
You doing some mean frontin' (yeah)
When I give you a token of my appreciation, now it don't mean nothing (uh-uh)
Can't call it hateful, it's ungrateful
Ma, I put you on the map, molded and shaped you (ha)
You supposed to thug it out (uh-huh) instead you buggin' out
If that's what loves about I ain't with that (nah)
If I didn't wanna be with you I would've just hit that (yeah)
And never call back
That's my word, don't forget that
I had big plans for better places, better times
But you keep telling me, what I'll never find
You know what, never mind (never mind)
And it's always your fault, it's never mine (never mine)
Pick a better line
'Cause I don't know nothin' 'bout us breakin' up, gettin' back together again
Boo, never again (never)
Maybe I shouldn't say never
But in due time, I may find something better (what, what?)
You'll never find (you'll never find, no)
A better woman or a bigger fool
Tell me what you know about breaking up and getting back together
('Cause boy, you had my love)
You'll never find a better woman or a bigger fool (all my, all my love)
Tell me what you know about, what you know about love
Oh, said
You'll never find (you will never find)
A better woman (you will never find)
Or a bigger fool
Tell me what you know about breaking up and getting back together
You'll never find a better woman or a bigger fool
Tell me what you know about, what you know about love
The song "You'll Never Find" by Teedra Moses talks about a troubled relationship between two people that appears to be a "ghetto love affair." The lyrics call out a man who is always out hustling instead of spending time with his woman, leading to arguments and constant breakups and makeups. The chorus reflects the complexity of their relationship with the line, "You'll never find a better woman or a bigger fool. Tell me what you know about breaking up and getting back together."
Teedra's lyrics are an honest reflection of the trials and tribulations of love. Her use of relatable imagery and raw emotions intermingled with music makes this song an instant classic. The verses represent the realistic aspects of her love, warts and all, while the chorus highlights the contradiction of needing and loving someone yet breaking up with them continuously. The song's poetic lyrics also touch on a destructive cycle of infidelity, dissatisfaction, financial troubles, and a lack of communication, which can be relatable to many.
