I love all the episodes. But the first one is the most special! From that moment on, I became addicted to this and the next episodes. I asked my doctor if there was a way to get rid of this. And the answer was immediately NO. My doctor told me to look further because this is good for the heart, memory and everything else. Thank you all for this fun addiction.
