I remember playing this game with my father when I was 7 I’m now 20 and this theme was my favorite besides Nero’s fighting theme and I remember whenever this played my dad made sure to slowly read each ability and item at a reasonably slow pace so we could listen to this theme together...I’ll always cherish this song and the memories it gave me and my father

My wife and son slept so soundly to this theme song when I had a PS4. We'd let this play for an hour in our bedroom, while I held her and she him during his afternoon nap. This is one of the best musical pieces, if not the best, of the whole series. It's so glaringly different from the series' overall style but it somehow fits perfectly with the atmosphere of DMC4 and everything surrounding Fortuna. The deeply religious, almost heavenly feel of this track never fails to paint a perfect picture of the game in my mind!

Fun fact: Did you know that during in the early development of this game, Kyrie was supposed to be the main villain and the final boss in DMC4?
