Don't worry
Don't, don't, don't, don't, don't, don't, don't
Don't, don't, don't, don't, don't, don't, don't, Kyoko
Don't worry

Don't worry, don't worry, don't worry, don't worry
Don't worry, don't worry, don't worry, don't worry
Don't worry

Don't worry, don't worry, don't worry, don't worry
Don't worry, don't worry, don't worry, don't worry
Don't worry
Don't, don't
This song, by the American rock band The B-52's, is repetitive in its constant reminder to not worry. The chorus repeats the phrase "don't worry" over and over again, while the vocals of Kyoko and Kate Pierson harmonize in the background. The lyrics themselves offer no explanation of what the listener should not worry about, but instead function as a simple mantra to calm anxieties. The phrase "Don't worry" has almost become a cliché in popular culture, but The B-52's infuse the phrase with a playful energy, propelled by the band's signature blend of new wave, surf rock, and punk.
One interpretation of the song's lyrics could be that the band is conveying a message of optimism in the face of an uncertain future. With the Cold War still ongoing at the time of the song's release in 1983, many people felt a sense of anxiety about the possibility of nuclear war. The lyrics of "Don't Worry" offer a small but powerful message of hope, a reminder that sometimes the best thing to do in difficult situations is simply to not worry, to remain calm and composed in the face of turmoil.
In contrast to many of the band's other songs, which are known for their quirky and humorous lyrics, "Don't Worry" is deceptively simple. While the song may seem like a throwaway in the B-52's catalog, it is nonetheless a testament to the band's ability to create catchy and memorable tunes. The repetitive nature of the song has also made it a favorite of DJs and remixers, who have created various dancefloor-friendly remixes and mashups over the years.

When the CD came out, I loved this album so much that I had to upgrade. I was so disappointed when I realized that Moon 83 took this songs place. At least years later I finally found out why.
