I struggle with becoming too calm and feeling like I am losing my drive

So, from this day forward I’m going to be making a pledge
I am committed to a new way of living and acting

Get more pissed than ever before and I’ll bash religion
I plan to become even angrier and more vocal in my criticisms of organized religion

That is what happens to fiction and yo, there brand’s submission
Religion is a made-up concept and those who follow it are simply giving into branding and manipulation

It’s funny how they hate on sadomasochism
It is ironic that many religious individuals condemn sadomasochism while adhering to other forms of physical harm and persecution

Indoctrinate you from birth, so you have to listen
Religious groups often begin teaching their beliefs to their followers from a very young age and expect them to comply

And when they’ll look back on it, call it a sad invention
In the future, people will look back on religion and see it as a tragic mistake

And wonder why the hell it got such mad attention, yeah
They will be confused as to why religion had such a strong impact on human history and society

Why do you want me to be somebody new?
I am curious as to why you are trying to change me

Somebody different?
Do you want me to become a completely new person?
