Wouldn't It Be Nice
The Beach Boys Lyrics

Wouldn't it be nice if we were older?
Then we wouldn't have to wait so long
And wouldn't it be nice to live together
In the kind of world where we belong?

You know it's gonna make it that much better
When we can say goodnight and stay together

Wouldn't it be nice if we could wake up
In the morning when the day is new?
And after having spent the day together
Hold each other close the whole night through

Happy times together we've been spending
I wish that every kiss was never ending
Oh, wouldn't it be nice?

Maybe if we think and wish and hope and pray
It might come true
Baby, then there wouldn't be a single thing we couldn't do
Oh, we could be married (oh, we could be married)
And then we'd be happy (and then we'd be happy)
Oh, wouldn't it be nice?

You know it seems the more we talk about it
It only makes it worse to live without it
But let's talk about it
Oh, wouldn't it be nice?

Goodnight, my baby
Sleep tight, my baby
Goodnight, my baby
Sleep tight, my baby

stix roblox and other stuff

Wouldn’t it be nice if COVID was gone
Then i wouldn’t have to wear a mask for so long
And wouldn’t it be nice if I could see family members
In the kind of world we live together
You know that’s going to make people so happy
Because they don’t like wearing a mask
When can can get out of lockdown and see each other
Wouldn’t it be nice if we can wake up
And realize the pandemics over
And after spending the day together
We won’t think about corona al l the way through
Happy times together we’ve been spending
I wish COVID was ending
Oh wouldn’t it be nice
Maybe If we don’t think about corona
It might come true
There is a pandemic going through
Oh we could be at are friends house
And then I’d be happy
Oh wouldn’t it be nice
You know it seems the more we talk about it
It only makes it worse to imagine
But let’s not talk about it
Oh wouldn’t it be nice

It's sad because we spend our prime younger years wishing we were older. Then when you're older you realize those were the best years of your life.

Me rn, being still young: D:

Lucky I knew I was living my best life when I was young. It was the best.

"Then when you're older you realize those were the best years of your life." Well, not necessarily. Not if you came from an abusive household, were recklessly bullied throughout elementary, middle, and high school, had depression, anxiety, etc, and your parents refusing to pay for any therapy because "you'll be fine." My life isn't exactly great now, but I'll take it over my shitty childhood and teenage years.

@das 1988 life gets better as you get older. You learn to let go of things that mean nothing and you learn to accept yourself and hopefully love your yourself.

I remember this song in 1966 riding in car,64 red chevy. With my boyfriend. I loved Beach Boys.We married in 68.We had two sons.Married 10 years.Divorced in 78.Life was difficult but we remained friends. I heard this today and i had heavy heart, fought back tears.our boys are raised and 4 grandchildren. .Memories are still there. My ex passed away in 2019.I was there for my sons. This song will always be our song.
