Can you make your source precise. There is at least one error in your "citation" and I think you might also spelled the name wrong.
Furthermore I do not care what caveman ate. I don't do a lot of things caveman did. For example I intend to live longer.
Your "argument structure" seems to be based on the naturalistic fallacy.
Even if I were to accept "caveman did not eat grain" (which is demonstrably wrong if you look in the scientific literature) you could argue that based on that we should eat grain due to the lack of antagonistic plaiotrophy against it. So you can't just jump from "caveman did ..." to "we should ... for health".
So your whole basis for that argument is a fallacy. A gap in the argument.

We're forever told they're a waste of money, but instead using them to break down your food into a more digestible form is value for money to me.
