Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band". See the love there that's sleeping
While my guitar gently weeps
I look at the floor
And I see it needs sweeping
Still my guitar gently weeps
I don't know why nobody told you
I don't know how someone controlled you
They bought and so-old you
I look at the world
And I notice it's turning
While my guitar gently weeps
(With) every mistake
We must surely be learning
Still my guitar gently weeps
Yeah
I don't know how you were diverted
You were perverted too
I don't know how you were inverted
No-one alerted you
I look at you all
See the love there that's sleeping
While my guitar gently weeps
Look at you all
Still my guitar gently wee-ee-eeps
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
Oh
Oh, oh, oh, oh (eee...)
Oh, oh, oh (... eee)
Oh, oh (eee...)
Oh, oh (... eee...)
Oh, oh (... eee)
Yeah, yeah, yeah (eee...)
Yeah, yeah, yeah (... eee...)
Yeah, yeah, yeah (... eee...)
Go! (... eee)
Oh (eee)
The lyrics to The Beatle's While My Guitar Gently Weeps are a reflection on the world's struggles and the human condition. The singer is observing his surroundings and he sees the "love there that's sleeping" in the people around him. He then compares this to his guitar, which is also in a state of rest as it gently weeps. It's as if the guitar is symbolic of the world and the sleeping love is symbolic of the struggles and conflicts that hamper people from finding happiness and fulfillment. The guitar weeping shows that even though the world is asleep, it cries out for love and understanding.
The second verse is a bit more personal in nature. The singer is expressing his confusion and frustration with someone who was controlled and perverted. He marvels at how they were able to be diverted in such a way and how no one was able to alert them. The singer sees the mistakes of the world and acknowledges that we are still learning from them. The guitar still weeps, indicating that there is still much to be done.
The final verse comes full circle as the singer again observes the world around him. He sees the sleeping love and the world still turning. The guitar still weeps, but now there is a sense of hope as the singer implores us to "go!" suggesting that we can make a difference and can overcome the struggles and conflicts that hold us back.

Johan Jimenez it is, I know the difference on the voices. IT. IS.
Besides, right on the beginning, the accent on the word "Sleeping" comes different from George's. George sings sleeping with the I and g strong, very scouse, and in this band, the singer that does George's voice sings withan accent that changes Is into Es. I know that because I was an english teacher who had to pay attention to my students pronunciation of the words, I studied phonetics when I moved careers (now Im working in theatre).
The guy who sings as George does a great work with his voice, btw. It really sound like George, but you can notice its not George by the accent.
Also, the backing vocals have the harmony different from what would be Paul and John's or even George, they sound a 1/2 tone lower than the boys. Listen again and you'll notice it around 1:38 , compare it to the original.
These guys here are doing an awesome job and it makes me sad that they dont get the deserved recognition by youtube comments from people who dont even bother to listen carefully.
Also one last thing: if this was the original and not a cover, youtube would have deleted it. Simple as that.
