Crooked Mile
The Black League Lyrics
Dive into nothingness
Forget that we exist
And feed our souls to stray dogs
At the gates of bliss
We all shall be dismissed
To drown ourselves in pools of blood
Learn to fool ourselves
More than life itself
Lose our winds like wild hogs
Vomit oxygen sad bile
And then walk...
As I walk my crooked mile
Cross the Tiber and cross the Nile
I see centuries rush by
As I walk my crooked mile
First admit your failure
Then embrace your traitor
Sell our lives for freedom
Learn to hide your fortune
Take delight in torture
And then walk...

The Black League is a metal band from Finland. They were formed in 1998 by Taneli Jarva, three years after his departure from Finnish metal heavyweights Sentenced. The Black League's first two full-lengths carry on the spirit from Taneli's work with his former band, seasoning their metal with elements of traditional rock 'n' roll. On their third release, Man's Ruin Revisited, these influences take an even more prominent role in their sound.

I enjoy and love all your videos!!!! Really hoping you will some day do a video with students of other countries to talk about the different school/college systems; and other things. I am from Argentina and I study Architecture in the UBA, and I will love to see other students experience in other countries. Hope you are all okey and healthy. All the love.
