The song gives the image of walking through a peaceful town, maybe your looking up at the sky or checking out the local markets, or just sitting on a bench observing eveyone who passes by. Then at 2:00, I can just imagine some sort of encouter when this starts playing. Maybe an old rival or friend passes by and asks what you doing just lazing there? Maybe it's finally time to settle who's better! However at 3:00 your competition stops and you both just sit down and enjoy a peaceful afternoon.

IF you don't know that Uematsu was HEAVILY influence by Deep Purple and the song writing of Ritchie Blackmore, then yeah, the organ solo seems out of place...But for someone like myself, who loves the FF series, and is also a fan of that era of music, I get it, it makes sense, and sounds great to me.

Since the music was composed by Uematsu in the first place, those who say the organ is out of place, you're basically saying the composer arranged the song wrong. The man bleeding wrote this song, and can do whatever the heck he wants with it. Plus, Deep FRIGGIN PURPLE.

Seems fine to me. I have no idea what people are complaining about. It’s called breaking it down and getting funky with it. A pretty standard component of genuine live music.

I was the one who first said they were different genres you were the first one to compare RPGs are good for strategy and thast but gameplay wise a fighting game is just superior and the music is not only for battles, for example matoya cave theme is the theme for the WoL dungeons

@LIonGraphiK Yeah. Just as you said. It's not that Masashi Hamauzu's (composer for ff13) compositions are bad, it just doesn't feel like Final Fantasy music if it isn't Nobuo Uematsu's work.

It's not really superior gameplay, its a fighting game, its just different gameplay.. but I enjoy the RPG-style of gameplay. The music creates different atmosphere's for each of the ff's. but dont compare them as u do please. its just a spin-off, so please.

yes, combat system is brilliant for an RPG but can't compeete with a fighting game's system because it was designed for that, story I agree that dissidia's is not goodm, Dissidia graphics are way better than the good ffs, areas are not abundant in a fighting game, character development is the same as with story I didn't say that but the gameplay IS superior because well a fighting game is almost pure gampelay whil RPG's shine is in the story

Organ solo spoils the whole song, really hated that rock era in music where random corny organ solos were utilized as random breakpoints in songs. Destroyed the whole flow off the song.
