For the Primals, Soken plays electric guitar and on one track also plays trumpet. They honestly get some of the most talented composers and it shows in how a lot of the music hits. He even played Otamatone at Fan Fest.

This is, IMO, the definitive version of song. I stopped the music a few times in FF7R to put this one instead. It's become the benchmark by which I rate a new version. None has come even close.

Really? I think it sounds more heroic than "fuck I'm gonna die" like something to get the main characters pumped up for the fight

I know you said normal boss theme but just as an example i think One winged angel evokes more of a "oh fuck I'm gonna die" vibe than those who fight further

I hope you guys contacted Square Enix. So they can put this version in the game. It sounds like they may have modernized it way too much. But then again, I haven't heard the whole soundtrack of the game and it's quite possible. They may have saved version of this for a further boss battle. Anyway, fantastic job.

There are multiple versions of Those Who Fight Further.
The demo gave us one which is a mashup with Bombing Mission.
And there's one with an amazing electric guitar with Air Buster's boss.

+Heaven Knight Kaito Naw, his normal attacks he needs standard sword attacks then x2 /x4 cut, fire, ice, bolt, at least one summon and the more he takes damage the more likely he is to use a limit break and the more damaged he gets his limit breaks go from the braver to omnislash. His shield should appear to be like WALL (Barrier/MBarrier). Maybe even counter-attack trigger and defend an ally if they're in range.
