This record made me leave Philly at 17 to pursue my dreams!! Imagination!!!!.. "The sky is the limit"

@DISCOVEGASGUY

Great album cover ! Notice how The World Trade Center lights up the beautiful sky in New York City. 1982. Memories........

I am so glad that you agree with my comments. They were very sweeping indeed, but they are the truth, and you have even added more credence to the arguement about the 1980's...I don't care what the doom sayers say about the 1980's it was a great decade.. It really was.... This song just proves it... It can't really be reproduce. The Same with the films that came from that decade as well... I miss it.. but we just can't go back....

@georgegibson1961

It's all good because you are so right to everything you've said. True talk!

@discottanta

The group of CHANGE and BB & Q BAND is an all-ITALIAN project. The
project was attended by the composer, multi-instrumentalist and arranger
Mauro Malavasi and the musicians also composers and arrangers Paolo
Gianolio (guitar) and Davide Romani (bass).

@William_sJazzLoft

BB&Q was probably sorely underrated. And the thing is they had some straight up funk - like this joint

@D.C.22

They were great...but I think the downfall was copying other styles that were popular instead of really establishing their own.

I LOVE THIS SONG! I have been looking for it for the last 20 years!

For sheer creativity the 1980's is the only decade that can match up to the 1960's. Truly a Brilliant decade where all types of music and film where imagined and eventually created. I love the 1980's. I still think that some of the early tunes that came out of the beginning of the early 1980's are some of the best music ever made. The bass line is so good on this track, & so is the use of synthesiser and keyboards. I love the vocalist as well on this track. He has a real nice voice on this.

They were real artists that loved music and not "fame" and "glitz." They had "REAL" talent and were real musicians and singers, not cut and paste computer made "artists." The loved their craft, and it showed in the quality of music from the 80"s that knocks the socks off of the "music" of today. NO comparison whatsoever.
