It is in Germany.....other Punk/Ska bands from Germany are "Die Arzte" and "Farin Urlaub" (he's the lead singer from "Die Arzte").

The music is cool.
But beyond that it's a bunch of middle class middle aged rich men from the first world (the global 5%) playing what used to be radical working class music decades ago. It's not exactly new or much of a movement. Also the guy with the bandana has dreads and that's cultural appropriation and will get you cancelled these days. I'm not making that up, there were multiple cases in Europe recently of musicians getting dis-invited because of their hairstyle.
It's not their time anymore. If you get it you get it but if not don't worry, they might not get it themselves either. Ironically in Western countries in was folks like them who promoted the ideologies that are now turning on them.
