Bands like The White Stripes and The Strokes and Franz Ferdinand and Kaiser Chiefs were some of the last bands that had something new to show. After these, best case scenario would be bands copying them good. All the decent songs that I've listened from the past few years, have nothing different than those from the early '00s and late '90s. It's the same thing, 20-25 years now. But in the '60s, music could evolve within MONTHS. :p

these guys came to a tiny little town next to where i live just a couple of days ago to do a concert and it was easily one of my favorite shows ive ever been too. they are such an amazing and lively group and they still have fun with performing even after all these years. they made us laugh and cry and dance and sing our hearts out. such a small venue too which made it even better. my friend and i met john and dylan after the show and they were such nice dudes and seeing how they interacted with us and their other fans was so heartwarming. it was so easy talking to them! definitely an experience ill never forget and im forever grateful that music and bands like this exist, and it’ll never die ❤
