That's a nice story I'm your age I didn't really become an Elvis fan until after he passed but I remember his passing it was like an earthquake of grief I knew who he was and in June of 77 I was looking at the National Enquirer and Elvis was laying down like at a pool or a beach or something and the paragraph said Elvis afraid he's losing his sex appeal he look bloated and I said what sex appeal so I felt guilty when he passed and I'm the type of guy that doesn't remark on people's appearances it's not my nature What a Mighty Elvis Presley fan I Have Become as a matter of fact I'm a damn good impersonator of his voice I do a lot of Elvis at karaoke and I have fun doing it if I can find some of the camera recordings that people have recorded of me singing I'll put it on YouTube and show you and I was blessed with his hair like yourself I lost my mother last October I miss her dearly but she's in a better place I know she is life just didn't happen by accident

He was Handsome till the end .
Yes , he had gained some weight but he was not obese .
His beautiful smile as well as his beautiful voice were never lost .
His generosity had no limits .
He gave to so many charities and to his friends and strangers and that’s what we should remember about him not pettiness like his weight , because either way he still looked amazingly beautiful ❤️.

First let me say I am an Elvis fan big time, but I don't think Elvis was fat in the end he was bloated and retaining fluids from prescription abuse. Yeah the suits were what they were and the lights etc. but when your body is trying to detox you sweat. The devil crept up on the poor guy. Now a lot of people in America are going through this.

The one and only!!!!!!!!! THAT FREAKING VOICE!!!!!!!!!!!! I was 14 when he passed but was hooked at the age of four . That’s when I saw his Comeback Special. Fell in love at four years old and nothing has wavered since. Thin or fat, fit or out of shape I don’t care. I only care about him, his gift and talent and how I feel when I hear his voice. He was the best of the very best, period.

In 2003, I was on a business trip to Memphis, and, while there, I visited Graceland. What I recall so clearly was this song was playing in the tour bus as we pulled-up to the front door of the mansion. It moved me then, and does so now.
