Expendables' distinctive live performances and unique brand of music. Described as an electric mix of genre-bending rock, reggae and surf. It has begun to charm audiences far and wide. Rapidly approaching status as a full-time touring act, the band is a rising star on the West Coast. To date, The Expendables have performed with in-demand musical acts such as Slightly Stoopid and reggae legend Eek-A-Mouse; they have appeared live on the Vansโ Warped Tour; and hosted their own radio show on The Santa Cruz X 103.9 FM. The Expendables landed number one in the Metro Santa Cruz Top 10 list of favorite bands in local music. In addition, Lion Entertainment and Your Music Magazine awarded the group first place in their Battle of the Bands contest in 2002.
The Expendables have five original full-length albums to their credit:

Yea man I started a mosh pit at a show they were headlining in pawtucket ri. The show was so boring when the other bands were playing nobody was moshing and I brought my older cousin to show her the scene and have a good time and I felt like it was so lame all the kids were just standing there and there was even a sign that said no moshing aloud so I started taking shots at the bar and smoking weed outside until the expendables came on and I grabbed my cousin from the middle and told her to stand off to the side cuz it was going to get nuts and she was oh sure thinking it wasn't really going to and then right when the guitar solo started in down down down the first song they played I just started shoving people into people yelling LETS DO THIS!!!! And then the place just erupted. I remember the bar tender yelling in my face THIS CANT HAPPEN HERE! and I was yelling back "IT ALREADY IS HAPPENING!!" ๐คฃ
Went up to the band after the show and told them I started that shit and the singer gave me his guitar pick that says expendables. Good times
