The Flying Machine is best known for its major hit single in 1969, "Smile A Little Smile For Me", which peaked at number 5 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart (on Kapp Records' Congress record label) Their first record which was self titled was released by Janus Records in 1969. By 12 December that year they had sold a million copies of the record, and it was awarded a gold disc by the R.I.A.A. [1] The song was penned by the songwriting pairing of Tony Macaulay and Geoff Stephens. Despite originating from the other side of the Atlantic Ocean, the record had no presence at all on the UK Singles Chart, despite its initial release there on Pye Records.

A follow-up single, a cover version of "Baby Make It Soon", first recorded by Marmalade, achieved the U.S. Hot 100 the following year, but the group reportedly grew frustrated with their pop-oriented style. A final single, "The Devil Has Possession Of Your Mind", suggested a change of direction, but the Flying Machine split up following its release.

Bassist Colman went on to a successful career as a session musician, record producer and BBC Radio disc jockey.

I love how you blended in. I was just killing all the guides or distracting them and I still completed the mission. I would use the poison dart and then I would use the hidden blade on his partner.

@Apollo Justice Wait does that work if you get hit? Because you can still crash the Flying Machine on purchase and restart that way, but full sync is still marked as failed. Are you sure your method gives you the full sync back? I feel like this should be more wide spread news for this game and you're the first I've seen mention it.

Kah Weng Chok oh damn. There was a way to get the checkpoint. When you need to reload checkpoint,go to pause menu,select exit to menu and at the menu load your save again. Easy....
And RIP for all those wasted restarts.

Great walkthrough, really helpful. One thing i didn't like, it's how you blend so much, i personally wouldn't have nervs to do that through the whole road, there must be some other solution! :D

If you're hanging from a ledge with a guard right above you, you only have to lock on to the guy (with F on the PC), then you can assassinate him (left mouse on the PC) and Ezio will throw him off the ledge like that. And the best thing is that you won't even be detected, lol. Hope this helps! :D

I was killing everyone in my path but it was not working. Now seeing your walkthrough I'm thinking to play it again like you, using ghost run. But I don't think I can go like this all the way. I'll try though. But your walk was awesome

@MrAdisease That's a parachute. It's unlocked mid-way through the game after completing a certain amount of DaVinci's missions. You'll then be able to buy and keep a max. of 15 parachutes from a tailor. Look up a video on them. Have you noticed the achievement or trophy about floating for a certain amount of time from the castle. You'll use a parachute.

The symbol is a parachute, which is what you get when you finish all of the war machine quests. Pretty much right after I posted the question the game answered for me, lol.

@TheSilentSniper1337 There will be diamond shapes on the map with "L" in them. The ones with a Black background and white L are war machines, the ones with the white background are the places where you can meet Leonardo to buy his inventions, you can only buy one at a time and there are about four, three after the first eventual visit.

instead of running around all the building to get to the blue prints you can go onto the building north of where you beat up the guy to the place that looks like a viewpoint. From there, snipe the nearest guard with pistol crossbow and jump to the wall climb up and you're there, instead of going around.

@leejin83 Fuck yeah. This mission was one of the most annoying. I had to kill like 40 guards to get anywhere and I soon ran out of throwing knives, crossbow bolts and pistol bullets so I ended up getting caught a ton of times before I managed to refill munitions (somewhy munitions carry over when you get desycned). The bomber flying part was also so god damn hard lol.

SPACE AND HEN SHIFT WHEN BY LEDGE TO DO JUMP. U NEED GLOVES FROM LEONARDO THOUGH BUT ITS NOT NECESSARY IN THE GAME. THERE IS ALWAYS ANOTHER WAY. MY PROBLEM IS CONTROLING THE MACHINE FOR PC

Ugh this was the first mission that I gave up trying to get the full synchronization. Decided to try again later. It wouldn't be so bad if you didn't have to restart the entire memory once you get hit on the flying machine instead of just going back to the last checkpoint. Funny thing is when I went back to the last checkpoint after getting hit the first time (by crashing) and tried again I got through it without getting hit. >_>

I didn't get the gloves from Leonardo when you climb the tower in stead of jumping up the window climb round the building to the left and there should be some bricks to climb up
