And I guess she would've given me an answer if only she was able
I believe she wanted to answer me, but perhaps didn't have the right words or knowledge to do so.

And she danced like a medicine man
She moved in an unusual way that made me think of a shaman or healer.

Drew a crazy picture on my hand and told me
She drew something unusual on my skin and said something meaningful to me.

She wanted to change my point of view
She hoped to offer me a new way of thinking or looking at the world.

Asked me where I was going to
She was curious about my future plans and aspirations.

And it was warm in the back of her van
I was physically comfortable in the space we were in.

When she made me a real man
Something transformative or significant happened between us in that moment.
