I asked a Nigerian friend of mine, so this is in the Igbo language of east Nigeria, and it means:
Onye Mmanya is a person who sells drinks.
He is inviting a drink seller to bring drinks for him to take.
Of 1naira, 2naira, 3Naira. And so on. And then invites his friends which names were mentioned (aba le le, auntie le le) to take one drink for they wrestle with drinks.
It is all about drinking. lol
