Carrying ambition and confidence in their creative potential to stay united post high school graduation, the band relocated to Seattle in 2007 to pursue their musical experiments in a more opportune environment. Somewhere between day jobs and school, The Globes managed to record an eponymous E.P. in early 2008 with engineer Jonathan Warman (Mt. St. Helens Vietnam Band) in the dim and dusty basement of their little blue house. In the following year, the band spent fruitful time playing weekly shows in the Northwest and running up and down the West Coast, slowly catching the attention of humble audiences and local critics, while sharpening their own collective spirit.
After a time of travel, the Globes spent the fall of 2009 writing and recording new music with veteran producer John Goodmanson (Blonde Redhead, Death Cab for Cutie, Unwound), resulting in the release of the "Sinter Songs" EP, a conglomeration of 4 moody songs based on the intricate rhythms and dynamics of Ourada (drums) and McCotter (bass) overlayed by noisy and textural guitar work of Musselwhite and Walters. "Sinter Songs" marks of the debut of Musselwhite on vocals, and displays the bands penchant for precision while maintaining youthful angst and naivety.
Like hairs on a head, The Globes continue to grow in all directions. Look forward to it.
They were included in AP magazines list of "100 bands to know in 2011".

Yeah, from what I remember from the comics she can't affect living things with her power. That's why she can't one shot people and turn their bodys into sugar or glass, etc.
Spoiler
In the comics she unconsciously bypasses this when she uses her powers to fix her body when she is mortally wounded. I think that by the end of the comic's she is able to use this consciously but I'm not sure because I read the comics a while back.

@jason hearn "your under clearly underestimating doomsday who has beaten Darkseid and broken supermans arm"
I'm not underestimating Doomsay at all. Yes, he defeated Darkseid and he didn't just break Superman's arm, he KILLED Superman in single combat.
The point is that Darkseid and Superman (at least the incarnation of Superman that Doomsday fought) is markedly and evidently inferior to Omni Man.
Again: When Omni Man punched Invincible, it cracked a nearby mountain in half and caused a landslide that destroyed an entire town.
When Superman fought Doomsay fought Superman, inside a city no less, the shockwave of their punches....uh....shattered some windows.
That's....cool...I guess?
"that superman doomsday fight u keep bringing up that superman doomsday fight from 1992 that was almost 30 years ago and that was a post crisis John Bryne reboot superman who was extremely depowered weak version even compared to the current version besides DC was trying to kill superman at that time because they assumed he was no longer a relevant hero"
And it's at that level of strength that Superman is placed more or less consistently. Since he has so many fights in and around major metropolotan areas. Arguably the most long running and iconic version of Superman is the incarantion from the animated tv series - both Superman's own series, and the Justice League series, which were relatively in line with the level of strength Superman displayed when fighting Doomsday (indeed, Doomday shows up to fight both of Superman's animated incarnations).
"supermans strength was capable of bench pressing the weight of the earth for several days on solar reserves "
Yes, a number of authors have given Superman completely absurd, fanwank abilities. And yet even in the context of their own stories, these abilities only seem to be exhibited when the plot demands. Superman tends to just be made as strong or as weak as the plot needs him to be, with little in the way of consistency.
That's why there is no ONE interpretation of Superman and no ONE barometer for what his abilities actually are. He's entirely too inconsistent, which is the point I'm arguable.
The absolute strongest imaginings of Superman are nigh on omnipotent. But most incarnations of Superman are at, or perhaps slightly below, Omni Man's level (again, due largely to the demands of plot. Omni Man's strength at least appears to be largely consistent).

Atom Eve has lot of potential... She's actually very powerful
Lord Markquad
you must not have read the comics, atom eve is not powerful enough to compete against other strong beings in the galaxy
💘Luxe.Cup1d💘
@Tommy 2Hotty in the comics she is a whole lot more powerful, trust me in no way is she weak, she is actually one of the most characters in the roster
Calvin Simpson
@God Of War not exactly. She had mental blocks for that portion of the story. Later on she heals herself and Invincible when Thragg rips him in half with no effort. Being immortal alone makes you absurdly powerful
