Trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle, surrounded by scrutiny from those who do not share my preference for vegetarian food choices and with constant distractions from my siblings

Feeling like the world is constantly watching and scrutinizing each and every action I take, and struggling to simply get through the day

This self-imposed adventure That selfishness drives I can barely keep my head above the blue Tryin' to keep it off me and you
The journey I embarked on voluntarily, driven by my own selfishness, is overwhelming me and puts a strain on both myself and those close to me

Despite the hardships I face, I am reminded that there is a glimmer of hope, and that better days are ahead

Our passion is creating music and in doing so we are able to touch people, eliciting both emotional and powerful reactions that call upon fundamental truths in life

Feeling stuck in a whirlwind of chaos, struggling to navigate it and emerge on the other side, knowing that words alone will not suffice in describing the experience

Being alone is a sought-after experience, akin to being on vacation, while being at home offers the comfort of rest and relaxation that I can only dream of

Quit the band one too many times serious enough to get a rise But he'll hop in the next mornin' for another drive That's a promise the best advice we ever received is for you and me to stay together It's easy to begin and hard to end I'm just glad to go through it all with you as friends
Although I have left the band on several occasions, causing tension to rise within the group, I know that everyone is willing to jump back in with the next opportunity to perform, and that the best advice we have ever received is to stay together; it is simple to start, but difficult to end, and I am grateful to be going through it all with the support of great friends.
