Summer
The Hunna Lyrics

Blowing though my hair now
I think I'm on top
On top of the world now
I see those Cali girls now
I know I'm in love
In love with that feeling
Wanna keep dreaming
And that summer, summer, summer
We went driving in your car
And that summer, summer, summer
We were down for living fast
And that summer, summer, summer
We would always go too far
And that summer, summer, summer
We went driving in your car
I feel the sand in my toes
We search but don't know
How to be free
This is the closest I've been
It looks like a dream
So come get lost with me
And get lost with me
And that summer, summer, summer
We went driving in your car
And that summer, summer, summer
We were down for living fast
And that summer, summer, summer
We would always go too far
And that summer, summer, summer
We went driving in your car
And tell me you remember that summer
And take me back to that summer
And tell me you remember
And that summer, summer, summer
We went driving in your car
And that summer, summer, summer
We were down for living fast
And that summer, summer, summer
We would always go too far
And that summer, summer, summer
We went driving in your car
The Hunna's song "Summer" is an ode to the carefree, adventurous spirit of youth during the summertime. As the song opens, the singer describes feeling the summer air blowing through their hair, feeling on top of the world and in love with that feeling. The lyrics go on to speak of driving in California, and being down for living fast. The singer shares that they always go too far in the summertime, and exclaims that they want to relive those memories over and over again.
The chorus of the song repeats the idea of driving in a car during the summer, and how they were down for anything, want to go back to that feeling, and that they always went too far. The singer paints a picture of the freedom they felt during that time, with sand between their toes and getting lost in the moment.
One interpretation of this song is that the singer is nostalgic for their youth, and the adventures they had during the summer months. The song is an invitation to relive that carefree spirit, and remember the good times. It's a reminder to embrace the present moment and live life to the fullest.
Overall, "Summer" is a catchy and uplifting song that speaks to the good times had during the summer months. It's a reminder to embrace adventure and live in the moment.

I saw The Hunna a few months ago while I was studyng in the UK. I know I'll probably never see them again, but that was a really good experience. I was already a fan of the band before my UK studing time, and having the oportunity to see them live there... it was magic.
I got the chance to talk with some of the members of the band too, and Dan gave me a pick (that is awesome for me, because I play guitar).
Thank you for everything, and I'm crossing my fingers to have The Hunna here in Portugal.
Keep Rocking!
