They self-released their debut album 'Her Screwed Up Head' August 31, 2010. On September 18, 2012 their first EP on Warner Bros. Records was released, called 'Control' .
The Indecent consists of: Emily Brout (Vocals), Madeline Brout (Bass), Bo Brout (Guitar), and Nicholas Burrows (Drums).
Three-quarters of “The Indecent” made their debut on May 28, 1994 in New York City, USA. It wasn’t long before they each picked up their instrument and formed a band together. By the time Bo, Emily, and Madeline Brout had reached the double digits, they knew what they wanted to play and how they wanted to play it.
When producers Tim Sommer and Stuart Chatwood met the triplets (no, they don’t look alike) in 2008 and decided to take the group into the studio and produce them, they were already playing serious, toothy, dynamic rock’n’roll, with barely any cute in sight. “What appealed to me is that they didn’t sound or look like kids playing a rock band in a TV movie,” says Sommer. “Each of them took their craft very seriously, and tore into their playing with impressive enthusiasm and precision. They were a real rock band, and they each had strong opinions, often differing from one and other, and they had learned how to work out those differences in a way that would make them grow as players and writers.” Sommer also notes that “The Indecent” are the third teenage band I have worked with -- the other two being the Beastie Boys and Maroon 5, both of whom I met when they were precisely the same age as “The Indecent” are now.”
With Bo on guitar, Maddy on bass and Emily as vocalist, “The Indecent” are completed by 15 year old drummer Nicholas Burrows. “The Indecent” had been looking for a permanent drummer and when Nicholas was hired for a recording session, each of the kids were blown away at how good he was, and didn’t want to let him go. Nicholas is the son of drummer Jeff Burrows, who was one-third of Canadian multi-platinum rock act The Tea Party.
In the fall of 2009, the Indecent went into the studio with Sommer and engineer/mixer Mark Dearnley, who has also worked with AC/DC, Ozzy Osbourne, Paul McCartney, Motorhead, the Damned, and many others. Tracks from the session -- including "25 Steps," -- which were included on the Indecent's debut album.
So this is Bo, Emily, Maddy, and Nicholas. Not your mother’s band.

What a great sound. I can't get the lead singers voice out of my head. This band has "IT" and so much room to grow. Strong drumming. Really remarkable talent considering their age. All the best!
