My Girl by the Jackson 5 recorded in 1966 the year before my birth. It is refreshing to be able to hear and see photographs created before my time. The Jackson 5 are truly an amazing musical group inducted in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1997 an accomplishment to few entertains ever experience during their lifetime. Michael Jackson the King of Pop is the most sexiest, humble, compassionate person working hard to help make the world a better place. I love you Michael for all eternity!

-That was Michael singing lead on this song, Jermaine was the original leader until the performance of "my girl" at Roosevelt High.

- Marlon has had a few solo parts in a few songs for instace "body language" and "forever came today" at this time Jermaine was a solo artist and the "Jackson 5" became "the Jacksons" with their youngest brother randy jackson as a new member of the jacksons.

This brought a tear to my eye. Jackson 5 years are the best . Early Motown, the best. We'll never get back the true music and creativity that came out of the 60's and early 70's. The comercial control of the record industry has forever ruined music that was only created to bring love and joy to the people. We found peace love and understanding in the age of Aquarius in 1969. It's all gone backwards and downhill since then and an idiot con artist named Trump has managed to sew the seeds of hate and division in our country. He has done what Charles Manson was trying to do and failed. This was definitely Jermaine on lead. He was 12/13 in 1967. You can tell it's JJ because of his pronunciations of certain words. It's very distinct. He emphasize the "ayyyy" and "errrr" sound.

marlon did sing in back up and on a lot of songs in their young years u could hear marlon's young voice along with jackie and tito,jermaine in the background,they had excellent harmony. i really think michael is leading the song ,his voice has always been higher than jermaine;s . i kno an awful lot about the jackson five because i lived it..u may be right about it being jermaine but we would have to have someone who really knows to solve the dispute .have a blessed day
