For many years, the group presented a ragamuffin image and a vagabonding lifestyle, travelling around Europe in a double-decker bus and houseboat. Their image was enhanced by their eclectic and often homemade clothing, and the very long hair worn by both male and female members of the band. The Kelly Family began to break up in 2000 and afterwards they performed mostly as individuals or sub-sets of the whole group and took on a more mainstream look.

The Kelly Family Lyrics

Ref.: I'm going through my crises, my crises, paying prices everyday.
I need you and you need me to unblind my eyes so that I can see... I see the lights and I'm getting closer... From the sight I get happier, even doze off.
Ref.: I'm going through my crises, my crises, paying prices... I'm taking advises, advises, the last crises, everday.
Everyday- it's for the truth.
Everyday- everyday...
Everyday- for the truth.
Everyday- take me there!
Everyday- everyday...
Everyday...
Everyday...
The Kelly Family's song Crisis is a poignant piece that reflects the depressing state of affairs in the world. The opening lines of the song, "Sweetest angels are still crying because, my babe, the world is dying," set the tone for the rest of it. The use of the word "sweetest angels" refers to the innocence that has been lost due to the chaos that reigns in the world today. This loss is causing distress even to the purest beings within us. However, the next line, "But if they continue crying, their wings will break- that's bad for flying," serves as a warning. It implies that if we allow ourselves to be consumed by despair, we will lose the strength to fight it.
The chorus, "I'm going through my crises, my crises, paying prices everyday," sends a message of the personal struggles that one may be going through. The use of the plural form of the word crisis suggests that it's a universal problem that everyone is facing. The next line, "I need you and you need me to unblind my eyes so that I can see," hints at the importance of unity in tackling issues facing society. The lines "I see the lights and I'm getting closer... From the sight I get happier, even doze off," provide a glimmer of hope that one can eventually overcome their struggles.
The later parts of the song include the repetition of the word "everyday," suggesting that the effort to make the world a better place is a continuous one that requires consistency. The line "Everyday- it's for the truth" can be interpreted as standing up for what one believes in and fighting against injustice.

Encore une très belle chanson avec laquelle, les membres de la famille Kelly nous montrent leur extraordinaire talent de chanteur. Les garçons, jouent de leurs voix de très belle façon, notamment Paddy Kelly💗 .
