The Killers Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

Kuch time se tha shant
Huyi wapasi dubara
Ye soche gaye doob
Suraj ugta dobara
Kafi kuch hai sunne ko
Batein khatam huyi nahi
Abhi kari shuruwat
Aur aage Jana kayi
Solo time se tha shant
Ye lo solo ep bhyi
Ye hai intro ki awaaz
Aage vibes kayi nayi
Phela gana hardcore
Dusra gana party vibe
(Baaki sab ep me haaaann!)
Hood mera good
Lage wood
Tujhse kaat du mai Khud
Bollywood wala scene nahi hai
Nakli baaten
Kal ki baaten
Bhul gaye ye Karke vaadu
Sar jhuka ke
Sar khujate
Hum jab aate
Dum daba ke hai bhaage Saare
Hood mera stronge
Tu hai kon
Hum gaane bana rahe hai baith ke high
Ye ho rakhe high hai
Nashe ki jhai me
Kare tabahai kya
Gaano se feke hai bumb
Chale kalam
To bane nazam
Utha le marham
Dunga main shot
Kya dega rakam?
Mai teri rang se bhar
Ye rang hai car
Tu wagon r
Ye R to R
Raftaar thodi tez le
Aane wala inke face to face main
Aake dekh le
Mini deta sedha shot
Yaha pe vaar me ek
Mai dhar me tez
Mai chal me tez
Ye karre Chase
Par aa ni paare

Kaise karoge face Haan
Kaise karoge face

Overall Meaning

The Killers' song, "Intro" is a powerful and thought-provoking piece of music that delves deep into the themes of hatred, prejudice, and social exclusion. The opening line, "Peace will never tame the hatred of me, I'm too restricted, separated from your society" highlights the singer's feelings of alienation and disconnection from society. He portrays himself as a "new breed of species, a curse to lift that speak my name" and laments how he is treated as different and twisted because his "mind is not the same." He believes that those who deny the truth are simple-minded, and his ways are called abnormal, and he is treated as if forsaken.

The lyrics are a warning to those who are blind to the truth and refuse to accept those who are different. He warns them that they will feel the same wrath as he felt when his heart was taken. He tells them that his beast is on the loose and that they should destroy it if they value their lives, for it is too realistic to ignore it. The closing lines of the song, "If all hope shall fail, then you should sit and ponder, your faith has been decided by one dangerous monstah" is a reminder that prejudice and hatred can lead to the creation of monsters.

In conclusion, The Killers' "Intro" is a warning against social exclusion and hatred. The lyrics are powerful and thought-provoking, highlighting the singer's feelings of alienation and the dangers of discrimination. It serves as a reminder that we must accept and embrace those who are different, or we risk becoming the monsters we fear.

For the 10 years Gunsmoke was on the radio (April 1952 until June 1961), William Conrad played (and created) the part of Matt Dillon, having also named Chester Wesley Proudfoot and Doc Adams. Many of the shows written by John Meston for radio (and later other writers) were direct transfers to the later television show. Gunsmoke was the last dramatic radio show to air from Hollywood.

Such a great beginning for Lancaster & it seemed like he was how we knew him right out the gate ,just watched the remake 1964 as well & I love the remake but the original has a quality that can’t be touched. Thanks for your intro.

A mention of William Conrad and Virginia Christine would have been appreciated, as as both were probably the most overlooked Actors in Hollywood history.

Yeah, "The Killers" was also William Conrad's film debut. He was already a known figure in entertainment, establishing himself as Matt Dillon in the radio drama "Gunsmoke", a role which would later go to James Arness on both radio and TV.

@AA7YA William Conrad's sheer number of radio appearances from ESCAPE to GUNSMOKE and many others is astounding, probably over 10,000 radio shows not to forget his later television work from Cannon to Nero Wolfe and Jake and the Fatman.
