Then I lock her out the bedroom just because
I lock the door just to tease or annoy her

She got my Jim Beam bottle out of my back seat
She found my Jim Beam bottle in the back of my car

But she never gonna find my Jack D
I have hidden my Jack Daniels from her

Took my keys to my four wheel drive
She has taken away the keys to my car

Had one too many of them old Bud Lights
I had too many bottles of Bud Light

Straight up, I don't drink too much
I honestly believe that I do not consume too much alcohol

But on weekends I tie one on
However, I tend to drink a lot on weekends

That's just how I get down,
That is just my way of having fun

My friends and I are not doing anything illegal or immoral

I invite her to relax and enjoy the moment

I suggest that we pour some drinks and have fun together

Till we both pass out there in the same spot
We can keep drinking and dancing until we both fall asleep in the same area

Tailgate, I need another shot

I suggest that we go to another location and continue drinking

I am at the lake and want to have another beer

I said I'm out of beer, I need some moonshine
I announce that I have run out of beer and want to drink Moonshine

Another Jager Bomb, and I'll be doin' fine
I plan to take another Jager Bomb and feel better

Now I'm down by the river, pour me a drink
I am now at the river and want to pour myself a drink

And I don't really care about what she thinks
I do not pay much attention or value her opinion on my alcohol consumption
